By accessing our website, browsing our product catalog, placing orders via our cart, or communicating through our official WhatsApp ordering channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms.

2. Products, Freshness & Pricing

All products listed on our platform — including A2 Gir Cow Milk, Fresh Malai Paneer, Bilona Desi Ghee, Raw Honey, Cold-Pressed Mustard and Coconut Oils, Sweets, and Spices — are produced under strict quality standards and FSSAI guidelines (Lic No: 22026063000484).

Natural Variations: Because our products are 100% natural and free of synthetic stabilizers, minor natural variations in color, aroma, texture, or seasonal consistency may occur.
Pricing & Taxes: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise at checkout.
Weight & Packaging: Products are packaged according to net weight or volume as labeled on each pack.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Orders can be initiated directly through our website cart or placed via our verified WhatsApp order desk.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once stock availability and delivery address are verified and dispatch is scheduled.

Payment Methods

We support instant UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We operate dual fulfillment channels based on product perishability:

Perishable Dairy (Milk & Paneer): Delivered locally across our primary Odisha delivery routes (Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Jagatsinghpur) through temperature-monitored morning and evening cold-chain delivery slots.
Shelf-Stable Products (Ghee, Honey, Oils, Pickles, Sweets): Shipped pan-India via express air/surface couriers in tamper-proof, spill-resistant packaging within 2 to 6 working days depending on your pincode.
Delivery Responsibility: Please ensure the recipient address and contact number provided are accurate. We are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by incorrect contact details or customer unavailability.

5. Replacement, Return & Refund Policy

As our goods include perishable food and dairy items, traditional return-and-restock is not permitted under food safety guidelines. However, we stand 100% behind our product quality:

Freshness & Damage Guarantee

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged during transit, leaked, or if the product is spoiled upon immediate delivery:

Notify our customer care team via WhatsApp (+91 73279 91474) or email within 24 hours of delivery.
Share a clear photo/video of the outer box and affected product.
Upon quick verification, we will immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

All content on this website — including the ANIKKA'S name, logo, product imagery, farm photography, graphics, brand copy, and recipes — is the proprietary property of Swaroop Agro & Dairy. Co and is protected under Indian trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Cuttack, Odisha, India.
